Hello, My name is Rachael and I am The Maternal Nutritionist. I am a holistic clinical nutritionist who has a passion for pregnancy nutrition, postnatal care, and women's health. I offer a variety of nutrition services including full initial consults, follow-ups, and mini consults, working with each individual in a person-centered approach. We will cover topics such as the presenting state, any relevant body systems - nervous system, gastrointestinal system etc; medical history, allergies & sensitivities, medications & supplements, lifestyle factors, dietary assessment, and all relevant physical examinations. From this; a treatment plan is developed and tailored to the individual needs of the client. I am here to support and optimise your health with traditional and modern care practices; and to heal & nourish each individual as a whole.
